The largest and most extravagant of the WIDER Superyacht range, the WIDER 165 represents the finest in style, design, practicality and ingenuity.
The WIDER 165 – project CECILIA, has been moved into the main WIDER Superyachts facility in Ancona for fitting out.
The elegant silhouette of the WIDER 165 was created by Fulvio De Simoni in collaboration with Tilli Antonelli and the Wider team of designers and engineers. The Wider 165 will feature a submersible tender bay on the port side of the yacht, for thrilling underwater adventures, a touch-and-go helipad and a ‘Wider beach,’ a spacious transom swim-and-sunbathing deck complete with indoor swimming pool. The beach also converts to a garage that accommodates a floating launching system for the highly customisable Wider 32 super yacht tender.This no-compromise vessel will also feature a generous seating area on the bow, complete with a spacious Jacuzzi tub overlooking the flush fore deck.
Project Cecilia will have the Wider Management System, created with the help of American company Emerson Industrial Automation,a system that controls the power supplied by the shore connection, gensets and battery packs, distributing it between the hotel systems, propulsion system and recharging the battery packs, as needed.
The first Wider 165 has a cruising speed of 13 knots and a maximum speed of 15 knots.
This yacht will be delivered 2nd half of 2016.
